Smoked a deer going 55. Sucker came out of nowhere after a slight turn. Only had a split second so all I did was take my foot off the gas and brace for impact. Impressed with how the truck took it. Could be worse! Thank you, insurance.

I would have expected more damage as well. Glad you and the Ram made out better than the deer :waytogo:

Closed my garage door on the front bumper this evening. I was in a rush and misjudged my clearance after I backed in. The door hit enough to shake the truck and continue closing. I haven't had a chance to inspect damage yet. I'll do that when I get home. Hoping my fiberglass door took more damage than the plastic bumper cover.

Sat. we had some snow, WINDS and 4ft+ drifts. Of course the front bumper airdam is ripped off on the outside edges.

Had the lift and tires installed today. 2" Traxda leveling kit and 285/75/17 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s.

Yup! Hit it right in the sweet spot. Just a couple of thumps then made sure he was gone and he definitely was…another reason to drive a Ram!

I managed to complete the install of the UAQ conversion on Sunday, then put my Putco Red Blade on the truck tonight. The Curt 5-pin T-harness was a GREAT help! I also used magnets to attach it on the body, and they spaced the bar out just enough to clear the spare tire access grommet. Now just waiting for the dealer to get the parts to make my climate control and heated seat (driver side) work properly. 30s in the morning with only cold air blowing is no fun!

Finally investigated the damages. Could be worse. I think with a little more time and some compound I can get the white paint transfer off also. But I got a fair amount of it buffed.

And I found a pair of factory sport tail lights so I can swap out my bright trimmed limited ones. They'll be in the for sale forum soon.

After work I stopped by the salvage yard. Got there before they opened, but sadly someone had already cut off the front end and taken both drivers side doors as well as the dash. I was hoping to grab the right front fender, both tow mirrors, as well as the upper glove box.

Since I couldn't get the fender I was after I decided to paint the one I had to get me through until I eventually come across another one.

The damage was a lot worse before I did some dent repair to it.

Just need to buff and polish it.

Thanks. I got those after I damaged the fender almost 2 years ago. The impact broke 3 of the 4 mounting points off the headlight.
