We get ahold of him by email. With the current world turmoil there is no telling how quickly he can or will respond.

For those fighting to get your odometer to stop flashing with a proxi alignment on a Pro master City, keep your radio on.
I done a proxy alignment, several times with no solution, radio off. I found an article about having trouble, they tried with the radio off like me, didn't work. Tried with it on and bam done. I tried it and it worked!
I was so relieved, no more annoying flashing odometer.

So, trying to disable the TPMS with AlphOBD on a 2014 Ram. Did this 3 times, but each time it pops back on as soon as I shut down AlphaOBD and unplug. The original reason I want to disable it is because the TPMS light stays on even though it is reading the correct pressure and when I manually check the tire psi it is correct to the dash.

oh, and we are using a Veepeak OBDCheck BLE Bluetooth OBD II Scanner.

Thoughts?

I've been using this dongle. Works for everything so far. OBDLink LX OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner, the green one. Auto down windows, Trans relearn, fogs with highbeams, factory trailer brake controller install, load screen on uconnect, lowered tpms value.

I installed DRL LED, enabled all LED and DRL settings, and got it to run. But I don’t think I have the fault sensing cables. I remember reading on this thread that you don’t need the fault sensing cables for the LED DRL to operate. If my LED DRL stops working one day, does that mean that I won’t be ever be notified on the dash about a bad turn signal?

I posted this in a different forum topic, but figured I'd copy it here: So, I have a question. I ordered two new blank key fobs from e-bay and used Alfaodb to program them. All four (the two original and the two I programmed) work fine in all functions on my 2014 RAM 2500. Recently a jacket (with one of the key fobs in the pocket) was stolen. I'm pissed about the jacket, but more concerned about the key fob. I take the truck to the place the jacket was stolen often, and I'm concerned the perp will take the truck. I can have the door locks changed, but short of a new BCM, can I delete all the keys and program another set of new ones so all four of the existing will be useless? Thanks.

Need some help... Changed tires to 275-60x20's and went in to AfphaOBD to change tire size. It accepted the tire size, but then when I try to initialize the ABS..... the START button isn't live. It is just 'grayed' out.

What do I need to do?

I have a 2014 with a GDE ECU tune.

The Start button will never enable. It is just telling you how to do it. Read the directions and complete both tasks to initialize your ABS. I was confused the first time i tried it. Good luck.

This worked for me...

Start off with key in Run position

Open App

Select Body Computer and select Connect

Select Hood Icon

Select “Program Tire Size”

Enter tire size and hit Start

Back out to main page…

Cycle Key

Select ABS

Select ABS control unit Continental and select connect

Select hood icon

Select ECU Initialization

Hit Start

Select Check Engine and clear faults

Cycle Key

Select hood icon

Select “Clear Rolls Information”

Hit Start

Clear Fault from the Body Computer and the Engine Computer

Back to main page

Cycle Key…..

Good Luck!!

Has anyone adjusted any of the ESC settings using AlfaOBD?

I have found when having way too much fun power sliding all four tires around an asphalt corner at 45ish in my PowerWagon, even with the stability control switched off, I can still manage to get the ESC light to come on and kill my throttle.

It takes a lot to do it, but there is a little more slide left in it if the throttle would not give up.

Thanks.

I hate to sound like my ******** self, but can someone please point me to the EXACT sequence of menu options to force my '16 Cummins 2500 to regen? As deep as these AlfaOBD menus go, I'm not down for ******** around and trial/erroring this...
Thank you in advance!

Has anyone had a problem applying changes to VehConfig 3? I am trying to change the HVAC Configuration, but I don't think it is actually changing anything. I have changed it to Dual Zone ATC, but when I upload to Google Drive, it still shows me on Single Zone ATC. I never get the "Procedure Completed" message after making changes either.

Went by the dealer and got my 4 digit pin code. Parts guy behind the counter said it was temporary and would expire probably by tomorrow , is that correct? I thought it was a permanent pin and changed only went you go back to dealer to get another pin.

If you’re talking about the RF hub pin then no that’s not correct. It’s the pin for the life of the unit.
