Seams like they don't make one for pre def cummins, too bad. I don't see an option for HO cummins.

No need to get the Banks intake, the stock one flows more than enough for 500hp. Spend that money on trans tuning!

Everyone who gets one seems to be very happy. I don't know if it's all in their heads but most say they get a little better throttle response & better mpg.

I didn't know my 2020 HO had a "constricted factory setup". It seems to handle the tuning quite well. Hard to believe a 60% improvement and if it's needed.

Likely the placebo effect unless they are building and tuning the engine.

The marketing hype says "The Monster-Ram Gen 2 improves airflow from the intercooler. It flows 72.7 lbs/min with Banks’ High-Flow Heater and Billet Intake Plate compared to stock's 38.6 lbs/min MAF. That is a huge 88.3% improvement over stock!"

The devil is in what they don't say, what does the engine need.

Gale Banks is obviously very knowledgeable, but he is the ultimate carnival barker. Is the OEM intake optimal? No, I imagine it's not. The flowbench dog and pony show is very impressive, but, unless I missed it somewhere, I have never seen a dyno test showing any real-world gain, stock for stock. Plus, I'll stick with the factory air filter, and not dust down my engine.
