Hi everybody, just thought I would report on my 19 Longhorn. Truck just turned 80,000kms and I had 2 new manifolds installed, rear right brake caliber, 2new front sway bar links, broken bolt ahead of muffler at join, needs new bolts and gasket and 3 rear sets of fender flares. I still love my truck and I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty for 5 years 100,000kms. All repairs were covered by the extended warranty. I got 20,000kms and 2 years left so I'll have to utilize the Wrangler a little more. By the way, the sway bar links are on back order, anybody else here have this issue with sway bar links?

Glad to hear you’re enjoying your truck but man that seems like a lot of problems for 50K miles. I assume the manifolds cracked so they had to be replaced? I was hoping the new style manifolds would be more of an improvement over the old ones.

No protection from road debris with the power side steps. I finally removed the power steps and replaced them with wheel to wheel steps and the last set of flares are treated with 3M coating towards the front of the flaring.

I hope the replacements are the new style, I didn't know there was an issue with the OEM's

Apparently they made some modifications to them a few years back to help with the warped/broken exhaust manifold bolt problem that’s been so common over the years. I guess the modification causes them to crack and warp now.
