I've never heard of Ironman shocks until very recently. Curious if anyone here has any experience with their products. As I understand it, Ironman is based out of Australia and their suspension systems are built accordingly. Ironman Shocks use a foam cell technology. This is a great video that explains it (and how shocks work in general):

Looks like there are different springs to choose from, very similar to OME. The coilovers are quite a bit beffier than 5100s and have an adjustable collar to adjust preload. I also find the UCAs appealing. Their forged and use OE bushings and ball joints.

That seems to be for 2wd trucks. Nice to see what it seems to be the 1st coilover option for that model truck. Until now there was nothing of the like for them.

Are you assuming that because of the lower shock mount on the front shocks? I wonder if its just a generic pic….

Would seem weird to only sell a 2wd suspension when your name has 4x4 in it lol.

Its also weird that they dont specify either 2wd or 4wd.

At $3k for a set of springs, shocks and uppers, i wouldnt put them in rough country category…at least not price-wise. Thats probably over 3 times the cost of an equivalent rc kit.

They are local here and My buddy was selling/installing lots of their lifts. He said they always seemed to have sales and specials and their quality isn't really that great. I never looked at their price but quality wise I would look at other options.

They certainly don't have the bling or flash like other brands. Their niche seems very close to OME suspension - people who are looking for shocks and springs that perform without having to worry about upkeep.

A quick google search yielded a few 1500 hundred pics... I'm getting ready to clear and grade the back of my lot, and if there is any leftover monies allotted to that job, I may pick up a pair of struts, springs and UCAs to try out.

Haven't heard much about them but for that money you should take a good look at ICON. Let us know if we can help or provide a quote.

I have contacted them, after the photo was taken my rear springs also started to bind, so they “sent it up the chain” that was a week ago. I’m going to email them back, and demand i get my replacements as I sent them photos and videos of the damage. The broken strut actually messed up my shock mount bushing, so i just replaced my arms with moogs. Looking at Carbon shocks, or basically any deal i can get on coils with resy’s
