How much money do you want to spend? Long answer short, no. Search the forums, there are people that have done it. The shortlist of parts is a harness and PCM on top of the engine.
Basically the same engine, short answer yes.
Yes, the Aspen is based on the Durango and used the same 5.7 as the Rams. You will need to use your 2003 sensors to properly interface with your harness; this means you may have to replace most if not all of them, as they liked to change harnesses plus 2007 is CAN whereas your 2003 is PCI. Get OEM ones or reuse yours so you don't have to do it again for awhile. 2003 does not have EGR and also has different injectors matched to the lower fuel pressure output (03 = 48 psi, 04+ = 58 psi). You'll need to plug the EGR port on the head then I recommend just using your 2003 intake.
