Might want to think about pricing out an already 4x4 and trade your 2wd then

More to it than just tossing a front diff and transfer case in. Wiring, computers, not to mention suspension changes etc.

it can be done, but the cost doesn’t make sense :waytogo:

Agree here.
If your 2WD RAM is a 5.7 hemi there is a good resell market for those because of the 'hot rod' aspect. They are a lot lighter than the 4WD equivalent so you may do better selling it outright and then finding the 4WD RAM you want.

What year range are compatible with a 2012 to do a 4x4 swap on my already 2wd?
Buy a wrecked / rolled 4X4 and swap your cab/box etc. onto it.As Socal stated there's alot more to it then you think, the frames are differant for one thing.
