You can get your dealer to give you a POC anywhere along the line, and that will have the current build status code shown there. Otherwise once it's being built you can see the build sheet here:

And after vendor install/shipping date is given the window sticker will be available here:

Thanks for the info. The overseas order dealership I worked through has been a little clueless when I have asked directly what the code is on my truck. Thankfully, I do have a VIN and build date for my truck. Ordered in August and Build in March.

No problem at all, I hope the remainder of your wait go quickly!

ordered my ram in december, part of the deal was i trade mine in immediately an i got $10k OVER what i paid for it after driving it for 4yrs...Didnt bother me cause it goes in storage from Nov-Apr anyways. When i ordered 2022 invoice came to 67,800, signed it an submitted. Here we are 3 months later, said its in shipping stage but window sticker is listed on dealer site for 70300! Sometime between them "gathering" all the parts to build an it actually getting built prices apparently went up? So question is, has anyone ever had this happen, and am i going to be expected to pay the xtra or the original order price that was submitted? Only reason i ordered new is for the 1% below dealer invoice (which came to around 62700ish)...

Well if you have a good dealer, they may have selected the option for "price protection" when submitting your order. If not, likely that increase will be on you.

This is something you can ask them to do as well prior to ordering, granted you know to ask.

Mine was about $4000 more after being built, than the order form I signed. So, yeah, its going to be an interesting conversation when we sit down once the truck arrives - It's been in shipping status for 3+ weeks now and no status change or delivery date.

My dealer stated "D" means it is a Dealer build, for the dealer's lot--The #1 means it takes priority over the dealers builds and yours gets built before the dealer's lot stock trucks. There is also a delay in paint as I was informed, they only paint 10 trucks the same color at a time, never less, so you may have to wait until you fall into the 10 truck (pick a color) category. My truck took 5 weeks to build and is out for delivery - shipped 11/26--I was also told one week.
Yes its a typo-ordered 12/3 shipped 1/26-arrived 3/3 2022

Prices on the HD's have risen 3 times since I ordered mine! They better not pull that crap with me or I will walk & maybe tell a TV station or two of their business practices. They probably would not care as they will be able to sell it, & sell it for a better price. The only thing they told me they couldn't lock in was the interest rate. Which that has also gone up twice since I ordered the truck!

Fortunately, my dealer honored the original order price. Unfortunately they did initiate a new policy which tacks on a 2% service fee to every transaction. still it was less than the MSRP price increase.

Maybe someone else knows for sure, but i would say 01 is for a Fleet Order or a Dealership Order

99 takes priority over all others, i was told that it is called a SOLD ORDER

......................................................

Others are saying that it is just opposite

The poc that I got when I ordered had a build status of 99. The poc I received two weeks ago says 01. Can anyone explain the change?

100 minus 01=99. My equipment listing says “sold order” and I too have seen these numbers in different places.

Same thing for me. 99 when I put in the order, 01 now that they've assigned the VIN. Either way, we're getting our trucks!

Going on 7 MONTHS for me. Ordered November 6th 2021, Ram 3500 Tradesman with HO diesel 6.4 box, a lot of electronics. Dealer tracking says it was released from Port of Davisville RI on May 17th. Almost three weeks later, still showing the same thing. Needs to go to a dealership in Vermont. Would suspect they would receive it within the next couple weeks.
