I unsubscribed from Sirius a long time ago when I purchased a second car that was Sirius capable, but found it the service is built on a per device model. It is pretty much what is unique about that service is that it is priced per device whereas most other music services are not. What I've found works best for me is to subscribe to a service that allows you to download tunes you like to your cell phone and then use CarPlay or Android Auto to play the tunes in the car.
You said you are not a techie person ... so my advice would be to do some online research by searching "Best music service". Read the reviews, decide what is important to you and then select one service that seems to offer the most for your purpose. Then do additional research on how to make the most of the service you are subscribed to. Subscribing to more than one service simply adds to the confusion between services and is terribly redundant in my mind.
