Had that happen once a long time ago. Turned off the ignition, got out, locked it……. and then tried again. Go figure…….. success

Never another issue. :waytogo:

I tried the lock and unlock thing, seemed to work KINDA
Think I have a gremlin, i messed with it today off and on, the problem comes and goes.
So i think I will wait a bit b4 having it checked out.
Hate to carry it somewhere and they say nothing is wrong.

Hi Flip-er. Was the issue the Clock Spring? I am having the exact same issues you were having although my wipers are going wild as well. (Had to pull the relay). Everything will work fine when the engine is cold, but after a couple minutes it stops. Seems very intermittent.
Thanks

That sounds like a battery getting ready to fail.

Crazy wipers could mean that the Multifunction Switch is going bad.

The switch replacement goes fast, once you have the replacement switch in hand.
several Youtube videos on how to do it
