My 2011 ram has the usual rocker and cab corner rot almost looks like it rots from inside out.. I been coating it trying to slow it. But its now to a point where it has holes falling apart needs to be replaced fathers 2012 and our 2010 will need to be done soon as well Inner rockers have some rot but I think I can fix that with some sheet metal. Does anyone on here have exp with cutting out and replacing rockers/cab corners on 4th gens? I tried to find some vids but most are on older rams and they are just winging it..

Any ideas/suggestions appreciated will get some pictures of it tomorrow.

I have also seen some sites that sell plastic covers that go over rotted rockers/cab corners but have only found them for Silverado's would be cool if someone made them for rams.
