The internet is full of people claiming browns gas can power, at least partially, their car. This probably rounds to something like that.

I have seen a water vapour system installed on a 1968 GM pickup. But it was also mixing with the gas. Probably very inefficient for power, but the owner was about 80 years old in 1970. He claimed the device he used was common in gas powered military equipment in WW1. He had worked with the parts involved at that time; and had retrofitted his pick-up with the water tank in the bed and some piping which I have no idea how it was plumbed because I was a young teenager.
The old boy ran a scrap yard.

Modern BMW M3’s with competition package have a water injection system to help cool the charge. Little bit different than a browns gas mix, browns gas actually recombines hydrogen and oxygen and produces heat. Most of the YouTubers are mixing it with mostly fuel and a tiny bit of browns gas and claiming it helps mpg.
