When I go to the lake I like to run my stereo with the doors open so everyone at the lake can enjoy my music (I know...I'm that guy). Two questions...

1. How do you get the chime to stop dinging? Is that the seat belt chime I hear? Or is it a warning that someone could jump in the truck and drive away with it?

2. How do you keep the truck in accessory mode for more than a few minutes? Mine times out after a few minutes and kills the power and then I have to go push the push to start button to put it back into accessory (Key on, engine off).

I feel like I'm not quite smart enough to own this truck. its a 2019 2500 Tradesman.

Other than through ODB settings, I don't believe there is a way to turn it off.

Well...I almost have AlphaOBD (waiting for the security bypass cable). What setting would it be?

I just leave my rear doors open, with upgraded speakers sounds just fine

It is a warning that everyone on the lake may not share your music choices or their disruption of serenity which was their purpose of going to the lake!
But if you insist... do the seat belt chime/alert trick. Enjoy!

That's the door ajar warning, probably under safety settings or something similar (if they even made it optional to disable)

It could be that the key has left the vehicle chime. You can program how long the lights etc stay on after you leave. I recall you can program the acc also for time.
