I am having issues with my air conditioned seats on the driver side making a buzzing noise when they are on. The noise radiates right to the head rest so it's a constant buzzing in my ear. I have taken it in and they replaced both fans and that fixed it for about a week. Knowing this service department (which is an absolute joke), they are going to just say "we did what we can, not sure what else we can do" so I would like to know if anyone else has had any issues and what the fix is so I can let the service department know how to fix my truck (I had to do this with the stalling issue I had).

It's not like @RamCares will ever read this ....

But here's a solution I used on a BMW Ventilated Seat sound issue:

The fan and the ventilation box is only plastic, so if it's not securely anchored, it's going to resonate throughout the cabin, yet mostly up the seat it's attached to. I bought "Sound Deadening Mats" made for the Automobile industry with super sticky adhesive on one side. Cut it into pieces that I could fit around the fan housing under the seat AND stick to the floor-pan under the seat. When the seat is in the highest, forward setting, carpet pulled back a bit so you can adhere it to the floor-pan. It's work - but it cured the vibrating and resonating sound from that unit.

Hope this helps.
