you did good on getting the complete control arms setup
Thanks.. the mechanic recommended it over just getting bushings and ball joints. Honestly, I could not find a bush kit. I'd like to get polyurethane bushes as they are more resistance to heat and sun damage over time.

Finally fitting the lift kit after waiting on parts.
We've run into an issue. None of the front diff brackets are lining up.

Even the spacer that is supposed to go in between the front drive shaft and the diff isn't lining up. This came off a 2011 -2012 Ram 1500 and I was assured that nothing changed in terms of design to the trucks from 2009 - 2018. So what happened? What's wrong.

Maybe these are BDS as I thought.

Right.. so it would appear that I need to get new brackets made.
Could anyone help me with a way to have the bracket fabricated here?
Knowing the current situation with shipping costs, etc., I think it would be better.

I need the dimensions of this. bracket mostly, because this is the hardest to get.

Just visiting the garage where the lift is being installed. The mechanic said that he needs to know the measurement of this marked area in the picture.

Anyone here can give me this measurement?

Visited the mechanic again and apparently all the front brackets are not lining up. So apparently we need to get all the front diff brackets for the lift.

I need to know which brackets are different from the kits for the 2011 and the 2013+.
Then I can just concentrate on just sourcing those.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread...
UPDATE: Special thanks to Nick from Got Exhaust for helping me locate the right brackets. The lift is currently going on.
Looking at my front suspension, I can't help notice how tired my front shocks are. Thinking a couple of months down the line, I would like to replace them.

Saw these on ebay : Rough Country 4" lift struts N3
According to the seller, these struts were designed to replace the whole spacer/strut combo I'll be running with the current BDS setup.
I also did see a set of Bilsteins that come with the 4" Superlift. Those just replace the struts alone and reuse the standard springs and spacer to fit the lift.

Which is a better choice? Is Rough Country as good as Bilstein?

I'd go with Bilstein over Rough Country, folks have had some QC and reliability issues with Rough Country. Fox and Icon both make extended coilovers as well. I personally am using Fox 2.0 coilovers with the strut spacers that came with my lift.

Update:
Now that the lift kit is on, there are two things that I need.
1. Bigger tires - I'm thinking of going with 35".
2. Longer Brake lines - the kit did not come with the brake line relocation brackets. Noticed this..
The mechanic managed to make some adjustments, but said that we need longer flexible hoses to attach to the hard lines in their stock locations.

A shop said that he can have them made. Does anyone know the length of the flexible hoses that I will need to fit the BDS kit?
I'm thinking I just need cables that are 4 inches longer than the stock since it is a 4 inch kit that I installed.

Its literally small bracket . look at the kit instruction. would take a couples minutes to fab up. no need for longer lines.

Or just order it # 55-12-4594…………….front brake line bracket, driver

Well.. I would be happy to get the brackets made. However finding information on the dimensions is difficult. I'm looking for the brackets for the rear as well. That is why in this case, I assumed that longer flexible lines would just solve the issue.
Since it is a 4" lift. Should I just get lines made which are 4 inches longer than the standard lines?

Update: Ever since the lift was installed, I have noticed a tiny vibration when I put on the power. This was OK. Now I've changed the tires to 34.4s (315/70R17) and ever since the new tires were installed, the truck vibrates when I reach over 80kph and becomes scary when I reach a 100kph.
Assuming it was the wheel balancing, I took it back to the tire shop and had them do it. They said that two of my rims were damaged.
I managed to find another shop. They removed the tires and reinstalled them as well as repaired the Method rims.
The vibration that was felt on the right side of the truck is gone, but there is still a vibration when I reach 80 - 100 kph.
This time it is clear that it is coming from the center of the truck which indicates the drive shaft balancing is out.
I noticed that front shaft also turns on these rams even if the truck is in 2wd. So I'm wondering if the spacer on the front diff that we made is at fault here. We had to get one made since the original one I bought wouldn't fit.

Take the front shaft out and go for a drive to see if the vibration goes away.

Is that possible?
I was told that front shaft spins even when you are in 2 wheel drive. Is this correct?
Any update? im having the same problem with my 4 inch lift. Mine Starts vibrating under the center concole when reaching speeds of 60 mph. Its clearly coming from the driveshaft on my truck. I have replaced the driveshaft u-joints and tires with no luck.

@Rasworld84 Yes. We had the tires checked and they were bad. The factory sent me replacements. I have issues with the track rod ends and got replacements for those from BDS.
What kind of lift do you have?
