Hello- I have a 2019 2500 Cummins Limited with Power Driver Seat with memory positions. I moved the seat all the way forward to look for something, and now the seat will not move back, seems to have lost all power. Recline, slide, up/down, lumbar all do not work. Motors are not making any noise, not even trying to move. Memory buttons do not do anything/no beeps, position set beep, etc. Touch Screen seat settings like easy exit will not allow switch either (i.e. I have easy exit turned off, but when I go to turn it on now, it will not "check" stays as "no"), can't select change preferences/settings based on which fob opens the truck either (in the settings menu).

I checked the circuit breaker, and it is OK, and switched it out with the passenger side (passenger side seat is OK) CB. Truck isn't really drivable with the seat all the way forward. I checked for TSB's and nothing on this issue that I could find (only heated seat connector, and heated seat still works ok). I looked at other fuses such as driver's door module, and they are ok. Disconnected batteries about about 20 minutes, did not fix it either. Fortunately, it is still under warranty, but I am supposed to be towing for a family trip this week and not sure the dealer can get it in. Recently (same day) the CHMSL (third brake light, bed light, and bed camera) was replaced because of water entry. Seat moved all the way forward though after that service. I am seeing discussion about seat issues with the radio module, but they all discuss automatic seat position changes, my seats won't move at all with switches, or fobs. Any other diagnostic ideas? Thanks for any suggestions/help you can provide!

Thanks kdwright5407- I did not see anything disconnected; but you are correct, the pins were loose apparently from the factory that did not disconnect until the seat moved all the way forward. Dealer got my in at last minute. Ended up being that a connector required "re-pinning". Power and ground were OK. They had to remove the seat to get to the connections/pins that were the issue. Very grateful it is now fixed. Thanks for the suggestion!
