I have the Gibson "Super Truck" cat-back and Gibson headers myself and love the sound.
keep in mind, this is just one part of the total configuration for the quest for more power.
Gibson headers for a 5th Gen Ram? I’ve never heard of them making headers available for our platform. Just cat-back…

...and you don't want one either, Kooks (for one) is probably the best LT header made and readily available for your truck, but not my old truck or that's the way I'd have gone.
I only went short tubes because I didn't wanna throw any codes if I didn't invest the extra expense needed going with long tube, it's not just bolt up and go in most cases. However, I would now if I had it to do it over.

I could have just looked at your signature and seen that you had a 3rd Gen, not a 5th Gen. LOL! Nice looking Ram

When my truck gets here I’m doing a Borla ATAK cat back exhaust system. I’ve seen a few videos and I really like the sound. I currently have a 18 Silverado with flow master 40 series.

I went with a granatelli electric exhaust cutout on my 4th gen. I've been incredibly happy with it! Sounds phenomenal, but when my wife's in the truck, or I'm towing the boat, i can close it with a toggle switch and it's back to factory quiet...
I just bought a gen 5 ram and am about to order another one!

+1 on the super easy install!!!

I went with the JBA titanium ceramic coated shorty's, a custom mandrel bent y-pipe, and then a Magnaflow cat-back with new 5" black powder coated dual tips installed on my 19'.

For me personally, I don't prefer super loud and raspy, screaming exhaust systems. I've had Corsa, Borla, FlowMaster, and the one I keep going back to is Magnaflow because to me, it sounds best with the HEMI's. It has a nice deep growl at WOT, near zero drone at highway speeds (I always drive with MDS off), and gives a nice little bump in go-go.

The Magnoflow cat-back system, now combined with the JBA shorty's and the custom y-pipe have even better sound, and the flow is super with some increased fuel economy too (until I smash the pedal to the floor...lol)

Everyone has their own preferred sound from their exhaust and how they go about getting there. Enjoy the experience and the benefits :)

I’m looking at the Magnaflow Street series cat back exhaust. Probably a question that has been answered many times but does changing the exhaust affect the warranty at all and does it require tuning anything at all? My 4th gen I bought already had the exhaust and lift done when I bought it. I just replaced it with a 5th gen 21 Bighorn night edition 5.7 with eTorque which sounds very tame! Any suggestions/thoughts are greatly appreciated!
