Would that ETA window be the estimated delivery date? I am really hoping I get lucky and they put that ram on a transport truck this weekend and have that thing at the dealership Monday. I’m gonna call my salesman today and see if he can put a rush on it. I have to get it and get the b&w turnover ball installed before we leave for our trip to Tennessee on June 30th. If not, I’ll have to cancel. So maybe he will do me a solid and put a rush on it from the rail hub like your dealer did for you.

You're right. I see it now up near the top. Looks like 6/14-6/28. I was in a similar situation. I had to move my camper onto the campground at the lake on June 28th so they let me keep the truck I was trading until the new truck came in, in case delivery was delayed. I'm pretty sure they were expecting it to be. Truck ended up arriving on the 29th.

Oh ok. Gotcha. I ended up selling my 2019 Cummins back to them in April when I ordered bc the amount they were gonna give me was more than I paid for it last year. Didn’t want to take a chance on that amount declining by the time my build got to dealership. It was a gamble. But I chose to sell it to them. Probably should have kept it and waited on my new truck. And then traded. So I’m with out a tow vehicle right now. And like I said, I just hope it gets here sooner than later. Nashville is about 3.5 hours from where my dealership is located in Lexington Ky. Maybe they will go get it for me. Or get an idea of when it will start it’s transport to Lexington. That will give me a better idea anyway. I’ll keep ya posted on the arrival time. And see how it goes. Thanks Buddy.

Being told same dates for my truck delivery to Maryland, but how did a truck end up arriving for you on the 29th of JUNE?

Get online, go to RAM customer service and start a chat session with a customer service rep. Give them your VIN and they can give you a ETA for your vehicle.
Ha, things are like that anymore. June of 2022 its a different story. They can't even give an ETA

The thought of going to get it has crossed my mind. But I test drove a truck at the dealership while I was there that had literally just rolled off the hauler. The truck was still in "dealer mode" and there were several things that would not work until it had been taken out of dealer mode. The a/c was one of them I remember right off the top of my head. So if I went to pick it up myself, wouldn't the truck still be in "dealer mode"?
I work for U-Haul. We get pickups in by the truck load weekly (Chevy’s). It’s a 10 second, no tools required, process to take out of “transit” mode. Ask your dealer how to do it on a Ram. Can’t imagine it’s much different from the Chevy’s.

Log in here and you will get an ETA. My truck was built the 4th of May 2022 and the ETA is June 24th. UGH.

I’m at 3 weeks now after the order was accepted, still no movement.

You most likely have a long wait ahead, it took my truck almost 3 months to go to D1, then about another month until it was built, then two weeks waiting for a train. I ordered mine 1/23, my dealer has a eta of arrival around the first week of July

If you want help from those that may be able to help.

You should post what you ordered & when it was ordered
Like 2022 Ram Heavy Duty takes at least a month longer to get, than a 2022 Ram 1500 with 4 doors

Ram 1500 2 doors & Heavy Duty Rams are built in Saltillo Mexico

Ram 1500 4th Gen Classics are built in Warren Michigan
Ram 1500 5th Gen are built in Sterling Heights Michigan

Anything coming out of Saltillo Mexico will be on a Freight Train, it will stay on that freight car, until the day that is unloaded some where near your State.
It will be unloaded in the order that it arrived.
It then will sit in a parking lot, until a car hauler is assigned to take it to your dealership.

There is no shortage of trucks to haul vehicles
Those trucks can't be used for anything else besides vehicle hauling.

This is a car hauler trailer, useless for anything else

If the truck is detached from the trailer, it is also useless to do any job on a regular basis

If you want to see if your Ram has been built
Using CAPITAL Letters, enter your VIN ( Vehicle Identification Number )

I don't know if this works yet, it asks for your Rams VON ( Vehicle Order Number )
This may start tracking your Ram quicker than most sites

Looks like it's working although the TBD ship date is a little concerning

They just need one freight car full of vehicles that is going from Warren Michigan to Columbia, South Carolina

The dealership could call any day now

Sounds simple enough. Thought it was coming from Sterling Heights.

Sterling Heights & Warren, Michigan are only 11 miles apart.

I would almost bet that both 4th Gen & 5th Gen would be in the freight car to fill it

they need 8 or 10 pickups to fill it
