Installed new headlights with LED running lights & turn signals. They work great, until I start the truck, the sequential turn signals & DRLs quit working. None of the local installers were any help. Resistors don’t help and I can’t figure it out. Is there a computer fix or reprogramming that’ll fix this? I’m out of ideas

Cleaned the low beam area of my lenses with this stuff called HID cleaner. Then I cleaned the high beam area with LED cleaner. Think the results are pretty good. I am happy with them. Underground lighting shipped quick. Sure wish they had double sided tape instead of those non self tapping screws for the power supply. Other than that small thing, pretty happy with them. First two pics are low beam HID. Last shot is high beam LED that I got local.

2 weeks ago I had new shocks put in, but I screwed myself out of some money in doing so, because last weekend I had the MaxTrac 4.5"/3" lift/level kit installed, along with new Moog upper and lower control arms. The lift came with the rear shocks, so now I have two week-old shocks with about 100 miles on them and absolutely no use for them. Whatever.

I absolutely love the way the way it sits and rides now. A few months ago I put on new PowerStop rotors and pads on all 4 wheels, but I was unimpressed. Turns out ****** shocks will ruin braking performance because as soon as I put the shocks on the brakes seemed to work like new all of a sudden. And the lift also comes with longer brake lines, which also seems to have improved the braking. It's like a whole new truck. Also, the carrier bearing spacers for the lift seem to have almost completely done away with the 2-1 bump. It's still there, but just barely, and now and I'm not cringing in anticipation of it at every stop light. Later tonight I'm going to point my headlights down some. Nobody has flashed me yet, but I feel bad for the people in front of me on my way to work every morning.

It takes two seconds to re aim your lights. For the safety of others amd yourself do it asap. I did mine immediately after my lift, before it hit the road.

Installed Rough Country 2" leveling struts and Rough Country rear shocks. Also ordered new Rough Country UCAs for 0-3" lifts.

Unfortunately, also discovered that the storm that came through last night ruined my tonneau cover, so now I will be shopping for that as well.

So I searched the forum for a thread like this and didn't find anything. I figured it would be fun to have a thread that everyone can watch what everyone is doing each week.

This week I put on Steelcraft nerf bars, and right now I'm getting the permaplating put on the truck. This way it gets a real good bath.
I did a oil change, dumped my catch can & greased the suspension. A big thank you to Nick-@gotexhaust- got my oil to me in 2 days & when I had a question he pm’s right away, awesome customer service! I couldn’t find a 820 so got the 500 & thanks to a post I saw in the oil filter thread about going in from the front over the cross member instead of trying to squeeze up past the steering rack & axle, made it so much easier
