As I expected, after installing the 2" leveling struts, and ordering the UCAs for a 3" lift, I am wishing that I would have gone with the 3" lift...

I cannot find a 1" front leveling spacer, but I can find a 1.5"... Will the UCAs for a 3" lift be ok with an extra .5" of lift, or does anybody know where I can get a 1" spacer for the front?

If I go to 3.5", is that getting into the area of having to modify other parts (lowering sway bar, etc...), or do other modifications start with 4" or more?

Just the rough country 1/2” spacer like I run which will get you to 2.5” and maybe you could install a small preload spacer to the strut. Not sure if that’s possible with the rough country struts though. 3” is max I would comfortably go on a 4th gen. The cv axles and ball joints start getting into hard angles which causes faster wear after 2.5” unless you install a true lift kit. Plus after 3” lift you lose a lot of down travel and it can get a bit stiff. I have around 3-3.5” of down travel left on my truck with my 3” lift.

I'm using 3'' spacers in the front at the moment and have had them in for the passed year, I do not recommend. All of my angles are ****** and the truck does not ride well at all... hence the 6'' Zone lift sitting in my garage right now to fix everything.

If you want a small lift, do it right and get a 4'' bracket lift that corrects your geometry and locating points or just stick to 2-2.5'' as @crazykid1994 recommended.

3.5" lift is way too much lift without modifying other components even with UCA's. I highly recommend going with an actual lift like a Zone 4" or 6" kit....or at a minimum the Readylift SST 3.5" lift which I only recommend for street use only.

Not sure if you’re running one already but you could consider a 1.5” body lift to net you 3.5” without changing your geometry any

I have 3" struts with upc's and 1.5 blocks in rear.

You should send the 2" struts back or sell them and buy the 3". I wouldn't stack a spacer on top of those for more lift.

Have you measured current lift with the 2" ? i thought people were getting 2.5" with the 2" RC struts ? if you're getting 2.5" you can install these little puppies https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HGKRWCQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I wouldn't go higher than that with a top spacer, especially considering the 2" RC struts are already extended travel (1" longer than stock), They're 22.5" extended and because the 0.5" spacer at the top you would be cycling 23" down. In contrast Bisten 5100/6112 are standard travel at 21.50". it makes a difference when you consider the extra travel because of the motion ratio we have in our IFS (multiply by 1.6)
Me, i don't think i'll do the 3" ones though. They're 23.53" extended. That's 1" longer than King or Fox or Icons CO's:) You let your IFS do what the factory intended geometry wise with it our IFS can give you plenty of enjoyment/service life. I have 120k miles beating the crap out of the truck offroad and i'm still on bone stock tirerods, and hubs, and lcas. nothing vibrates, nothing sqweaks, My coilovers are 22.5" extended. The day i need more it'll be a long travel setup from there on hahaha.

Have fun
