To get more US american feeling, it was on my "bucket list". Since 4 weeks I got my RAM 150 HEMI Rebel MY 2016 with only 42.000 miles in black in Hungary, Europe. It's not that easy to buy a good one here, because most PickUps come over the ocean as accident cars and get fixed. My had no hurts or crashes at all. It begun with a JEEP Wrangler 2.8 CRD and Indian motorcycles, but it had to be a V8 finally. Some "must have" accessories coming soon. Why RAM? Because I'm Aries from the birth.
Only problem is, the vehicle has no NAVIgation. Why not included? - no idea. This I will post separatelly, for any advices what I can do.
So I'am here to read and learn from other RAM owners.
It was a nice hollyday with motorbikes in the US thru 4 states in the west in 2015. I like the american way of life and driving, allthough we have not that space and possibilities, you have over here.
Best regards to all of YOU!
Zsolt (shagya)

In Hungary my RAM is the only one "Rebel" in our country. A second is just on sale. All few others are the Classic with the different grill. But mine has the beautifull red/black leather interieur, which fits to the official Indian Motorcycle colors, that I also love. (see images) I am founding member of the Hungarian Indian Motorcycle Riding Group. Have no friend who are enthusiastic V8 fans like me. Those US PickUpTrucks are very rare in Europe. Probably the gasoline prises make them affraid of to drive one. Even the driving culture is different, most people want go fast. This aera is my past, now I just want cruisin' and enjoy the sound of the V8. Just ordered the AWE 0FG exhaust, and I'm very excited. Few weeks I must wait for delivery. Anyway what are the actually prices in the US for new RAMs? Here are very expensive.
Further images of its first job today. Cary home a 1000 Liter watertank for my horses on pasture.

Welcome to the Ram family Zsolt. That's a beautiful Rebel for sure. Enjoy.

And the actual prices for Rams (and most all trucks here in the USA) are quite high also. I ordered a 2022 Ram Crew Cab Laramie on 13 June 2022, and just recieved the window sticker. All in with options it was 64,970 American dollars. All vehicles in America have high prices on them now. With the supply chain problems, and computer chip shortages there are very few discounts to be had these days.

As you see "Wanted33" I'm on the US trip with vehicles. First I wanted to switch to a Wrangler 4 door, but it's not aveliable with V8, only custom made. So I made a decision for the RAM. Own Polaris Quad and Indian motorcycle. They all very exclusive in our country. Only problem is, - if you have a problem, - find someone who is up to date mechanics :)
So I had to pay 43,000 EUROs for the RAM Rebel, MY 2016 and 66,000km. It's OK so far for a NO accident car.
See forward in this forum for good discussions, not least to practice my english, me also member in a german Indian forum. It's fun!

Welcome to the Ram Forum, It's a breath of fresh air to have a European on this forum you for sure made the right choice in choosing a Ram for the sound and power alone
Get on a good lubrication strategy for all of your oils.

I understand, many of us here in the U.S. have the same problem with finding good mechanics. With more, and more electronics in vehicles these days, we have "Technicians" that are basically parts replacers. If there is trouble shooting involved we are out of luck as they can't find the problem.

Also, don't worry. Your English is miles (kilometers) ahead of my Hungarian. :)

Sorry I can't find the reply button "directly" to someone, like Jim did to my comment No.12.
Try tomorrow, it's just 1 am here.

Yes it is fun to be here. I enjoy the conversations and advices. And it's like a little journey in my mind to your beautifull country, which I've seen only a small part of it in 2015.
Unfortunatelly we don't have all this supply or offers of accessories etc., but I try to get the best stuff and gear.
