I assume this is not good...

I had the castle nut(s) loose because I was replacing the stock struts and spacers with Rough Country 2" leveling struts.

The ball joints were wotking themsepves out. I pressed them back in and immediately ordered a new set of UCAs made for 0-3" of lift. They should be here Tuesday.

Worst case scenario, I will get the new UCAs put in next Saturday morning. The good news is that I should not have to drive my truck much until then. I pressed them back in, so they should be good for running errands around town...

So after reading this and the other linked post above, what it appears is happening is the Upper Control Arm is traveling downward from the lift enough to bind the upper ball joint beyond its limits causing it to pop out. Too much spring?

I had 2" Motofab (Amazon) spacers on. I just installed Rough Country 2" leveling struts. UCAs will be here Tuesday.

All is well now. I replaced the front struts with RC 2" leveling struts and the rear shocks with RC shpcke for 0"-3" lift. I also replaced the UCAs with RC UCAs for a 3" lift. My truck feels like it is riding on a cloud...

Hey quick question, I replaced my front shocks and struts with the RC 2" leveling springs and the N3 struts. I noticed whenever the front of the truck unloads its weight, like going over a speed bump, I feel like I hear a pretty loud clunk in the front. Did you noticed this symptom as well? I haven't gone under to inspect my UCAs yet but I would like to know if this is a similar situation.
