Yes I do have the tail gate step ..Ordered a ranch fiberglass cap(Icon/premiere series) is I guess the step will not come into play much.

Good luck with your UCONNECT system. I have a 2020 Laramie and my Uconnect system is having issues as are many others. Worked fine for over a year after I got it but now the intermittent issue is becoming more common. “Fix” is to restart the vehicle. Pain in the butt running down the highway and it freezes up shutting down A/C and other features. Might start by asking dealer about this issue and see if they tell you if there is a fix yet. Start your documentation now on it cause RAM doesn’t seem interested in fixing it.

Odd first post but Ok you are having problems with Uconnect ..I have owned 3 dodge/ram trucks 1977 power wagon, 2004 dodge 2500 cummins diesel,2016 ram 2500 with 6.4 hemi all were great trucks. So if the point of your post is discourage me in any way shape or form on my purchase sorry you lose.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your wife coobie, condolences... I actually just joined this forum today. I lost my dad in March, and inherited his 1970 Dodge Challenger. I needed a truck that could pull it, so being the mopar nut that I am, of course the Ram fit the bill... I couldn't afford a brand new one, haha but yours sure looks nice! I know exactly what you mean by the memories... It's been quite a process for me to drive Dad's chally without getting emotional.

What they are charging for trucks right now should be considered price gouging! When I bought my 2016 Ram 2500 Outdoorsman I thought 50k was just outrageous! Even the salesman at the time thought trucks were wildly over priced. Now you can't even get an mildly optioned 1500 for that! Since I have ordered my 3500 in January the price has gone up 5 times. To the tune of almost 10k in less than 6 months. If the price of my truck was what it is now I am not sure I would have gone through with the sale.

He has a completely different UC system than you. 2022's have UC5, you have UC4. 5 has a brand new operating system.

Have to agree the prices are nuts on trucks.I paid $48,000 for my 2016 ram Laramie 2500 (employee pricing) Paid cash for the new truck so at least no truck payments..5F49FD68-58F7-49B4-919E-61F4DD093D77.jpeg
