Lower control arm ball joint replacement

Digging up this older thread... is Master Pro line from O'reilly's still the consensus for quality joint only replacement?

Need to replace my lower ball joints for "excessive movement". 88k miles and it sees off-roading several times throughout the year.

I'm of the opinion OEM is best for replacement parts, especially considering joints and structural components like control arms.

Bushings look good, so I think I'll just swap out the ball joint so I can retain the bushings that are OK and more importantly the OEM control arm structure.

My experience with MOOG and Mevotech have been, meh. Maybe ok for street but street + off-roading I haven't had any luck.

I put Moog ball joints & other Moog frontend parts in my 06 2500 CTD and was happy with them..
