You know auto transmissions have their own coolant thermostat ? Meaning it will affect your coolant temps also.
It's not a coolant thermostat on the transmission,it's a transmission fluid thermostat,that controls the flow of transmission fluid to the transmission cooler,which is in the top part of the A/C condensor.There's only 1 coolant thermostat on the trucks.
