curious how that one is. A little biased but I like the s&b intakes on our trucks. Used injen on my VW though with a short ram and it was decent.

I went with this one because I got a great deal on it plus it was one I was keeping my eye on. It is also plug-n-play, so no BS. The plastic is supposed to be made better than the other mfg.'s. I have an AFE one on my Veloster N. Here is a link to that build:

Thx for looking. BTW, love the build you have in your sig.!!! 2 thumbs up!!!!

Best regards,

-Mike

Here is another reason I went with the Injen Evo Intake....

When it comes to durability, Injen’s Evolution series can’t be beat! Some of our competitors use an inferior HDPE linear polyethylene to mold their intakes. HDPE is cheap for manufacturing but doesn’t come close to the strength and durability of XLPE polyethylene. The XLPE that Injen uses has 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE, 10 times the molecular weight of HDPE, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE. In other words, Injen’s Evolution intake systems are built tough and designed to last!

Cross Linked XLPE Roto-molded Housing and front scoop:
The one-piece sealed housing utilizes the all-new Injen Twist-Lock System to securely attach the SuperNano-Web Dry air filter in place which eliminates the use of unnecessary parts and provides one of the simplest installations available. The box is molded into our fully functional ram air scoop to capture the maximum amount of cool air. The EVO8100 housing also sports the all-new Injen Clear-View badge for a cleaner more aggressive under hood appearance.

Roto-molded Intake Tube:
The EVO8100 Evolution Air Intake System uses a custom designed and dyno-tuned, intake tube to produce huge power gains while retaining an OE quality fit. Injen also incorporated their internal MegaRam (MR) technology for safe and effective power gains without the fear of check engine lights.

SuperNano-Web Dry Air Filter:
“That’s massive!” is all you will hear about this SuperNano-Web Dry air filter that is included with the EVO8100 cold air intake system. This filter has been uniquely designed to work with the Injen Twist-Lock System. Using our Twist-Lock technology has allowed our engineers to use the largest filter possible for this application, which increases the available air volume - resulting in added power while keeping the installation process quick and simple.

Here is what I did today and a couple things the other day... Still waiting for the DeeZee Tailgate Assist. Should be here today.

The carbon fiber rear view rim, new grill and AGS delete was last Monday. The black brushed aluminum radio, gear, and light were on Monday too. The rest of the items were done today.

Thx for looking.

Best regards,

-Mike

Here is what went on today! New sill scuff guards, carbon fiber material with white 1500 lettering. Very durable and pretty easy to put on. I also put on a new Mishimoto Catch Can. The in line hose they provided was about 5 to 6 inches too short. Had to go to the parts store to get a longer hose. I also used the spring type clamps instead of the screw type. Who wants to keep tightening them? Not me.... lol... Thx for looking!

Best regrads,

-Mike

You would think with the top of line Mishimoto that the hose wouldn’t of been too short? Lol. I mean I assume you didn’t run it any different? These companies really trying to cut costs where they can it seems lol.

I followed the install on YouTube since it doesn't come with instructions. It just came with a link to watch the install video. It IS very easy, minus the trip to the parts store. lol....

Got this coming this week!

Don't know why it say's security check. It's only a Carid link.

Cheapest place I could find it, even with 56.00 shipping. In total it ran me 350.00 with shipping and tax. That's 23 dollars cheaper than anyplace else and that was with tax included. I even got a 5% off at checkout so it brought it down to 275.00 before tax and shipping. Should make a GREAT handling difference!

Best regards,

-Mike

Well, I just spent 1500 bucks on the truck! lol.... I went ahead and got new drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. I am a cheap skate and ALWAYS try to find the best deal. These have good reviews on e-Bay and they also protect the purchase. Here they are:

And I also went with these tires. They go on this Monday morning at 8am. Here they are:

I am human. Have no clue why it says "robot or human?" Weird.... It's only a link to Walmart....

This truck IS expensive! Ha, ha, ha..... But I love it!

Best regards,

-Mike

I got it all on e-Bay. Some fit great while others I had to return. I think carbon fiber looks great. Just put a search in with e-Bay for what you want and a bunch of stuff shows up. Hope this helps?

I put this on today! Very noticeable difference in handling. Take off is much smoother. Side to side sway is practically gone. I had to use the factory end links too because one of the bolts that came with the kit was galled and would not let the nut fasten correctly. Even with the factory links, the truck is much more planted and solid. Less lean in corners as well. This Road-master bar is solid and our factory one is hollow. The Road-master bar weighs much, much more. No flex in the RM bar at all. This is/was a great upgrade to the handling of the truck. Oh and it also stops better. Very cool mod!

I also put on one of these as well. https://www.moparpartdepot.com/oem-...MIlpOz6_Cb-QIVwtrICh2dPgiZEAQYBSABEgKNxvD_BwE

Well, my gas cap light is STILL on... I also replaced the cap and put lube on the rubber gasket. Still on... This is a pain in the butt for sure. What next do I replace? It's setting a P0457 code for evap leak detected. Once repaired, I cleared the code using a code reader and it came right back. I have a gas cap light on and a check engine light on too for the same code. Thanks for looking.

Best regards,

-Mike

Might be the purge solenoid,as it seems to give issues, but don't take my word on that,it's just a guess.
