Seems like the only way to prevent early rust is to cerakote the crap out of them hahaha.
How those DSC adjusters holding up during those minus 30, do they froze a bit ?

I don't adjust them very often now that I've found the sweet spot in their ranges. I spray them with WD-40 from time to time. Unfortunately, some lubrication sprays make the rubber O-rings get loose and no longer seal out debris.

I've used this stuff in all my coilovers and shocks for years. And it smells a lot better than fluid film :)

How do you apply? Do you spray on and wipe off excess? I've read reviews that applying too much will make it tacky which picks up dirt like crazy. Wondering if this stuff applied lightly will repel dirt? I picked up a can but am thinking about anything I can use on my wheel wells to keep them cleaner longer while I have them out and easily accessible.

If you overspray it you would see when it dries. it offers the most protection against the elements this way but if you do too much yes it'll be mess to clean. this is stuff is literally a wax. I'll just spray it lightly and wipe it off so you know what a light coat looks like. Then do it again but wait a couple of hours, then wipe it off and that's it.

Sweet, thanks! I'll throw a couple coats on before they go on the truck. How long do a couple thin coats last? Obviously it's conditions dependant, but just trying to get an idea.

I use a silicone ptfe spray lube on my stuff. So far it’s done well but I’m in south Florida. Only time will tell. Definitely loving my accutune fox 2.5 setup. Much softer than my bilstein 5100 were. Debating on disconnecting my front sway bar and leaving the rear

Should be good for a couple of months or more but it depends on road/whether. I do mine twice a year but I don't live in the salt belt.

You guys are pretty much coating everything except for the resvoir hose and CO threads, right? I'll coat mine next week and plan to install probably the following

The hose won't rust so i wouldn't spray it per se. No idea idea if the product will interact with the rubber in the hose in any way. Maybe nothing will happpen but in my case i've never used anything on the hose other than water.

So treat everything except the hose and thd cpilover threads themselves?
