Few weeks back I ordered a black widow 10" Widowmaker muffler and a total flow muffler delete. Shops wanted about $150 to weld the muffler in for me. So for $130, I bought the delete, cut it up and welded my black widow muffler in. Had to do the cutting and wiring in my shop at work, so wasn't 100% sure it would fit until I put it on. Happy to say, it fits perfectly. Plus sounds amazing. Now, I can sell my carven and probably break even on the mod.

Which carven did you have? And what made you change it?

Spent an insane amount of money to get my AC working again.
An addendum to my comment:
If you ever change your heater core, change the evap core at the same time! I didn't follow that advice and lived to regret it! I could have saved a bunch of $. Well live and learn eh?!

The progressive, I originally bought it because I got an insane deal on it new from Moe's. I originally wanted a black widow setup based on the experience I had with my tundra of a fairly aggressive sounding exhaust but with absolutely zero resonance or drone in the cab. The carven sounded great, but I wanted something a little louder at idle and possibly to reduce the amount of drone in the highway. The black widow I have has a much deeper sound, without being too loud at start up, calms down when warm and drone levels are similar if not slightly reduced at highway speeds. Plus, I really wanted something different without going muffler delete. I kind of wish I had gone with the 6" instead of the 10", but I feel the trade of would have been more drone. I'm trying to get good audio clips, but haven't had any luck yet.

Put my Sport bumper back on to relief the weight in the front, kinda liking the original look.
There is a company in my country Canada that makes a hidden winch behind the stock bumper and reinforcing the middle area versues the weak stock one, so I am probably get that:
The big bumper and tires cause a lot of stress in the wheel hubs and ball joints.
Next project: going Dana 80's with lockers (if its possible..)

What do you think the weight difference was?

Both set ups look good. Guess it comes down to what your actual use will be and personal preference.

Can’t go wrong with either look :waytogo:

Started putting together my remote oil filter parts today and found out my Earl's Oil Filter Mount 2177ERL doesn't thread the filter on square and leaves a gap between the mount and the filter seal on one side, so that's.... bad I think. Summit doesn't want it back, so a refund and an upgrade to Improved Racing ENV-140 mount to match the Improved Racing filter adapter I already have. Should have done this mount from the beginning.

Replaced the 8.4 digitizer on my 2018. It was a real pain cleaning all the melted glue off of the LCD screen.
If you do it be sure to tape the screws so they don’t fall out when you turn it over. Otherwise all the standoffs will fallout and are a chore getting it all back together. Ask me how I know.

Well, nothing too major but got a couple of upgrades done today. I reversed my tires and put the black walls out, replaced the lug nuts with 5 sets of McGard polished black lugs, swapped the hideous antenna for a 7" black stubby and added Wadestar blind spot mirrors.

Front tinting, gatorback mud flaps (getting rid of the dealership propaganda) and single to dual exhaust swap comes next week.

Found a brand new(slightly used) AirRaid SynthaMax (non-oiled) filter for $10 on FB. Been wanting one, I had the K&N oil filter and was not thrilled with the oil process. Had one in the past and it would coat the MAF even new from the box. Gonna be nice to use Dawn soak and rinse.
