Just got my 2006 1500 mega cab, saw two mysterious wiring hanging behind the passenger side's glove compartment. One male and one femal. Anyone know what they are for and where to plug then into?

As near as I can tell, the one in the bottom picture is C206 and is for "Clearance lamps" whatever they are, and the other is possibly supposed to go to the glove box switch.
I'm looking in the service manual for an 05, so...

Now I've gotta find out what clearance lamps are. Manual says there are 4 of them. I have a Laramie and when I did my audio I don't remember seeing any unused connectors behind the glove box. Maybe it's for the lights under the dash when you get in. I can't say I've ever paid attention and only remember dome lights.
If you don't have a glove box lamp you probably don't have the others either. Time to hit the junk yard for an upgrade.
