felpro gaskets and a gates water pump are always a good choice but maybe someone will have better gasket suggestions from RA

the gates water pump i installed on my 06 was identical to the original piece. i was quite happy

I rebuilt my engine with Felpro gaskets. No issues here.

The OEM water pump is the only one I would use! and this is coming from the guy who despises OEM parts ! lol...

I was planning to go Fel Pro but All Mopar Parts has a Mopar gasket set for less $ - why dont you want the OEM gasket set? Mopar is usually good quality, but is there concern here?

also curious what work youre getting done on heads

Glad to hear things are coming along for you

When I looked up Mopar head gaskets they were 80 per side. I missed this, I reckon. Anyways, I had my heads cleaned, cylinder 5 was caked up bad due to exhaust valve lifter failing, and I also had valve guides and seats checked. All checked out SAT and I had them plane the manifolds to hopefully avoid future manifold bolt breakages.

Edit: I also had new springs installed at 6 bucks a piece cus I had 185k miles.
