Just changed my plugs and wires on 98 1500 5.9 magnum. Runs fine get to 45+ mph truck shakes like hell only when holding speed. Stops shaking when I’m off the gas completely or accelerating. Any ideas?

that doesn’t make any sense unless you have a lead on wrong plug, but then it should do it all the time. Spark plug gap? Faulty new plug, crack maybe?
Just thinking out loud here but I’m sure you have checked this stuff already.
Could just be one of those coincidences and as above said, drive shafts prop shaft u/j

So truck shakes like hell from a misfire? Or shakes like hell from a suspension/drive train component?

After you changed your plugs and took your test drive, did you floor it? Or baby it up to speed? If you nailed it, I would expect universals as already pointed out.

If it's a misfire, you could have a vacuum leak. Did you forget to hook up a line or have one break on you?

Shaking sounds like drivetrain and torque, but just Internet guessnosis here. If bad plug, would do all the time, at startup U hear the miss. Coil packs? Bad wire put on, maybe. More guessnosis. Hard to tell if not there, grasp straws as the saying goes.

Check and make sure that the bolt holding the distributor is good and tight, not loose where distributor shaft can move/wobble, only other thought.

I’m triple check my connections today but once I got done I let it warm up for 10 mins or so just did a couple laps around the house going about 25 then went to go to the store and got her up to 45 and noticed the problem. I never really romp on her.
