I run 35 Mickey Thompson mud terrain tires and even aired up for trailer towing it rolls smooth, does it ride like a Chrysler 300 "NO" but it is not a Chrysler. Sounds like there is a problem in the rear.

I grew up on the N side of ATL and am familiar with that section of 85. Imagine that for 30 or more miles.Hello from a fellow KTM addict. I have a regular 2500 4WD and like the others have said, it's the smoothest HD truck I have ever been in. That being said, there is about 1 mile of I85 by the Union City exit south of Atlanta where some kind of resonance happens with the repaired concrete they did there, and my truck rocks and shakes so badly that I do not doubt it would make me ill if it lasted a while. The good news is that I drove it one day a really small load in the bed, maybe 50 - 100lbs and the effect did not happen. I do have the air suspension though. But you are not crazy; it can happen!
Hey folks, new owner here.
I've searched the forum, and scoured the internet, but can't find a definitive answer, so here's my question:
I've owned all types of trucks (most recently a 100 series landcruiser). The PW is everything I want in a vehicle, but the ride is not at all what I was expecting. My Landcruiser was built and had E rated tires, but the ride was manageable. In my PW it seems like there's a constant bounce from the rear of the truck and it's actually made me carsick (first time it's ever happened to me). I see lots of posts about tire pressure (I tried that), a new rear track bar ($$$), but I'm curious if there's a way to get rid of this problem? I don't usually carry much weight in the bed, and don't want to haul around sand bags back there. I pull an overland camper (maybe 1k lbs), and have a hitch rack to carry my KTM 890 Adventure R (500lb tongue weight). Outside of that, I bought the truck for it's off road capability, not towing. Is this something that can be solved, or am I never going to be happy with the ride? It has only 10k miles on it, so I'd be surprised if something is wrong, but I have it at the dealer currently to see if there's something going on with the suspension.
Thanks in advance!
Did you purchase this vehicle new or used?Hey folks, new owner here.

The reason why I asked, is it possible the shocks or some other suspension commonents have been replaced with aftermarket?Purchased used at a Ram dealer. It was the GM’s personal fleet vehicle.
I have not. On my list.Have you unbolted the bottom shock bolts yet and cycled them?
Suspension is completely stock at this point. The reason why I asked, is it possible the shocks or some other suspension commonents have been replaced with aftermarket?

What air pressure you running in the tires?Hate to dig up an old thread, but I'm having a similar issue with a 21 PW. Currently borrowing from my Dad but plan to purchase the truck soon. I experienced the concrete pavement joints towing this past weekend (wasn't much fun) but I noticed today that hitting a large joint or something in the road at city speeds seems to cause a bounce then a side to side wiggle for a second (wondering if the two situations are related?). OP did you ever resolve your issue? This truck only has 19k miles on it and is stock so I wouldn't assume anything is worn out yet. I feel like the truck overall rides pretty well coming from a 1500 but would like to address the bounciness if possible.
I think its set around 60 to 65. That's the first thing I'm going to try is lowering the pressure. What air pressure you running in the tires?
