Is there a scaffold or special ladder or a small platform available that I can use to get my body over/in the engine compartment on my 2500? I replaced all 16 spark plugs yesterday and my back is aching.

Check out "topside creepers", not cheap, but they sure can do the job. You can search them out, and I see Amazon now has them as well.

Home Depot has a Gorilla ladder platform that I read about somewhere on this forum. It was on sale for $35 when I got it. I'm 5'7" and it's perfect for me.
