Fuel pump not turning on?

So I got a 2012 ram 1500 4.7 V8 that runs great when it’s on the only problem is the fuel pump won’t turn on at all when starting I swapped the whole fuse box thinking that was the problem but it wasn’t I connected a switch to manually turn on the fuel pump and that’s the only way it starts I also recently got a fuel pump bypass (CBWPR091AC) but that didn’t work either please help?

Did you try replacing the fuel pump?

Yes I tried that I also checked if the fuel pump fuse had power with a circuit tester but it don’t does that mean I have a bad tipm?

Your tipm relay probably failed easy job to re solder in a new one it costs $5 or bypass it if you find out that its the cause. I will link some threads on here how to replace when i get a sec.
