Passenger window will not work from driver or passenger side. Passenger door lock only works from drivers side. Passenger power mirror doesn’t work. Any ideas?

I’d suspect damaged wiring inside the rubber accordion conduit from the A-pillar to the passenger door (by the door hinges).

The conduit is press fit (or held to the metal with plastic push-pins) and can be pulled back, to examine the wiring.

Has the passenger door inside door panel been removed recently for any service? If so, there may be wiring or connectors damaged, or not fully connected.

I have removed the panel and checked wiring. Don’t see any issues with wiring. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this.

Is this a rcb or crew/ quad.

if the later, swap out the rear switch with the one in question and see if it works. If so…. It’s your switch.

It’s a mega cab and the switches in the back are different. Do you know if the module in the passenger side has to be programmed if replaced

Not to my knowledge, but I’ve also never had to replace the passengers. I have replaced the drivers master control without any programming needed though.

check to make sure the fittings are secure

if it still does not function, remove the door panel & check the wiring on the door module

Done checked the connections. I’m guessing that the module is bad. No sure how you would check it to know for sure.

Did you check the driver's door wiring too? Inspect carefully in case wires are broken inside their plastic jacket. You might disconnect and reseat the module connectors if you haven't already. Sometimes, oddly enough, door modules can be a canary in the coal mine on battery health. They (on some vehicles) can be the first thing that goes flaky ...possibly because the ground is a lot longer(??), so if your battery has some age on it, get it load tested.

Another thing I'd do, is remove the door module, disconnect the battery cables and tie them together for a couple hours (not touching the battery posts). Let sit for 3 hours or more and then plug in the module, and then re-attach the battery cables.

Otherwise, you should be able to order a new module from the dealer, Amazon/RockAuto/Ebay ...and other places on the internet. The part number will be on the one you remove.
