hard to tell from a pic but the gap looks a little big to me and one plug shows a cylinder running maybe a little leaner than the other but other than that they look good to me.

To me that left plug is going to start getting corona stain soon, something is up where that one came out of .... overheating probably

Ok Thanks, my gas mileage resently dropped from 18 mpg to 13 mpg "highway." The engine sounds a little different at cruzing speed (65-70) too! No codes.

Oooh ... I would fix that next, but still say change those plugs and get that out of the way .... the plugs can definitely cause mpg issues
Ok, Thanks for all your advice/help, will change plugs Asap! I do short trip driving (less than 10 miles round trip), as well as some longer trips occasionally around 175 miles round trip. I'm retired military, Trucks not driven much. The plugs that are in the engine now are NGK Standard Spark Plug (LZFR5C-11). Would you suggest a different plug?
Thank you again!

I know the newer trucks have iridium plugs from the factory. Rock auto seems to indicated copper was OEM plug for your year. Nothing wrong with copper except you have to replace more often. I recall something about a newer coil pack that was a performance improvement along with the iridium plugs. If you dont want to mess with them as often you can upgrade to platinum or iridium and get a longer service life.
