What are some non-trivial parts (and maybe brand/model recommendations) that are worth replacing while everything is pulled apart during a bracket lift install?

Suspension work on these trucks is pretty trivial, by "non-trivial" I mean parts that require a little extra time to replace due to other things having to be removed or aligned to replace them.

So far I have...
* Front lower control arms
* Alignment cam bolts
* Front hubs/bearings/shields/ABS sensors
* Tie rod ends
* CV axles
* Panhard bar hardware

Depends on how many miles, what year, and what area you live. I am a huge fan of preventative maintenance but I’m not big on throwing parts at things that do not need it.
I’d rather use the money to do various upgrades such as extended brake lines that the kit doesn’t come with. Etc.

Swaybar endlinks front/back if your kit omits.
Rear upper/lower control arms.
Diff covers
The endlinks and sway bar bushings I plan on doing later on, those are pretty easy to swap by themselves. Might be worth doing rear arms tho, thank you.

2016 with 106k miles and Utah based, so I’ll be doing a bit of rust treatment while I’m in there.

All of the components besides the Zone UCAs are original factory parts and showing age so I’ll be replacing most of it eventually. Just wondering what’s worth replacing with the Zone install to save time later on.

Do the Zone kits need extended brake lines? I assume they definitely do with a body lift mixed in? Do you have a brand preference on extended lines?

I order all my parts from @Nick@GotExhaust he is a preferred vendor on this forum and has these kits dialed in with exactly what they need. I would be willing to bet that I personally have installed more zone lifts on ram trucks than anyone you’ll talk to.

I would definitely do new LCA’s hubs, and CV’s while you’re in there

Sweet, so my original list of “while I’m in there” stuff should suffice for now then. I got the Zone kit and Fox coilovers from Nick, good vendor.
