Anyone have a Vararam and Carven exhaust set-up?

Been curious as to what the sound would be like. I’ve got the Vararam and considering the Carven.

Both items sound amazing independently, with great reviews, so I’m curious to the combination of using both.

Feed back and any sound bits / video greatly appreciated.

It'll sound the same basically. Especially at idle. Vararam isn't a loud intake to begin with.

True…. at idle I would figure barely any difference. But once the pedal is pressed…… different story, which is what prompted the post.

When I installed the Vararam, it was if the Heavens opened up with any throttle input. Holly Craap :favorites37: Totally love it.

On the Carven side, also an amazing sound.

But just because there are (2) products out there that succeed in their quest, doesn’t mean together they will compliment each other. :waytogo:

I have a vararam and carven competitor. I had the carven first, sounded great by itself. When I added the vararam, I would say the only difference in sound was cruising at highway speeds its got a cleaner overall sound to the rumble of the exhaust. Highway mileage got better overall too. Will it pay for itself, not for a while lol, but the better mpg is a bonus. After installing the vararam, I added 5" dual wall tips... at this point, to me, It's perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. And the tip upgrade took a little bit of the edge out of the cold start at least for summer temperature starts. As for the winter cold starts... TBD haha.

Awsome, great feed back.

Any chance of a short sound bite, or video showing a sampling of Idle and with some throttle?

Thanks again :waytogo:

I have noticed no response when I press the pedal. I have to push to the point of kickdown to get a response. Does that change with an intake and exhaust upgrade?
