So I lifted my 4th gen Ram 1500 a while back. I went with a 6” lift. Now this lift was specifically for cosmetic reasons. I like the look. I do not go off-road at all. I’m currently running 35x12.5 on 22x11.5. Again, these are specifically for the look. It’s time for new tires and I want something similar in size but primarily for on road. Any suggestions?

If they are available in your size, I run Nexen Roadhandler ATs. They have a nice quiet ride on pavement, still have a nice look and will handle off-road terrain if you choose to do so.

Couldn’t find any in my size so I’m going with the Venom Terra Hunter X/T’s.

Are they loud? Any vibrations at highway speed? I’m trying to find some that don’t vibrate and man the mud terrains suck at speed.

I wouldn’t recommend them for a daily driver. They aren’t very loud (at least not louder than my exhaust and speakers Lol). There’s an irritating vibration at around 70mph. Goes away once you hit 80. Other than the look and cost, I can’t see a reason to buy them.

Yeah, I’m searching for a tire that has zero vibrations. I’m willing to sacrifice looks for ride quality. The mud terrains I have look awesome but the ride is so bad I don’t want to drive the truck on the highway.

I previously ran RoadOne Aethon MTX. Loved them. Had no problem with them. Zero vibration. Actually got a set of 4 for less than $900. Couldn’t find my size at a deal when it was time for new tires. I guess they went up in popularity

My Falkens are great, but I am running stock sizes on stock truck, not a lifted monster, LOL. They R just fine at 85 mph on Interstate.

Open Country AT 3. Great looking so much better than Ridge Grapplers in the rain and they are quiet. Honestly the best all terrains I’ve ever owned that actually have an aggressive look. I’ve previously had Ridge Grapplers, Duratracs, BFG KO(which I loved years ago), G2’s. Wildpeaks

Bette than duratracs? Mine are ready to be retired before winter and have been having hard time deciding.

I’m running 37/13.5/20 Firestone MT2’s with no vibration or excessive road noise. Everyone who rides in my truck is surprised how quiet these are.
