Do the Limiteds sit lower than the Laramie etc?

Have been watching videos of 2500 Limited. One video, the guy mentioned that the Limiteds sit lower than other models. Is that correct? Or was he comparing to a rear air suspension model?

Also, does the off-road package have any effect on how high the truck sits?

Thanks in advance!

Can't comment on the height of the Limited, but I do know that the ORP added a factory 1" lift to my 1500 Laramie.

Options add weight. Weight causes suspension sag. So, yeah, it's not unreasonable to think that the Limited sits a tad lower than the Laramie.

my 2016 Bighorn 1500 eco-diesel, came with the
Raised 1" Ride Height

it is an option on several models

Look at your Rams Build Sheet, it will state it, if it has it
use Capital Letters

I have to laugh, you asked a very specific question yet got one answer of assumption and two responses involving a 1500.

To answer your question, no. All HD (2500 and 3500) trims sit at the same level but options like tires for ORP will enhance the ride height. Also, the addition of the rear air leveling system will lower the rear ride height and prevent suspension sag when loaded.

My 3500 Longhorn Cummins sat identically next to a 3500 Tradesman Hemi at the dealership. What I don't know is if 4-wheel drive adds to the ride height. In my neck of the woods, I've never come across a non-4-wheel drive HD or 1500.

My Limited and my father's Laramie Longhorn side by side. Same height stock. I did lower mine about 1.5" just by moving the lift block spacers to the top of the rear springs. He liked the look so he got the adjustable links for the factory airride and lowered the back of his too. I also have air ride but it is aftermarket. Front ride hieght is stock on both trucks.

Thanks for the replies! Of course Ram's website says both are 80.2" tall but the added options would add weight so that makes sense. Negligible I am sure. The 2500 power wagon looks to be a whopping 1" taller.

factory 20" tire option includes the XZNP raised ride height

it does not clarify if it is just the 1500s or 2500s too
