IF your battery is low or has just been changed, it could just be a dirty throttle body and it hasn't learned how far open it has to be for idle. You can pull of the large hose and just look into it and see if it is really dirty or not.
If it is and cleaning it fixes the issue then that is a cheap quick fix.

Possible problems get harder from there.

Could be a few things causing it
1-dirty Throttle Body
2-dirty/bad IAC valve
3-Vacuum Leak
4-Bad MAF sensor
5-Bad MAP sensor
just to start with

Really is a guessing game. Any codes? Hook up a scanner to get live data. Great suggestions above. Could also be dirty fuel. Did you happen to fill up with shell? How many miles? Could possibly be fuel pump on way out. One thing that you can do that can be a easy fix is give the throttle body a good clean. You may just have a light ring of buildup but that is all it takes to start causing issue. Really take a look around the mid section. A toothbrush and some carb cleaner should be all you need and may actually be the issue.

I have 64000 miles. I did just fill up with Shell. Why would Shell be a problem?

I did just change the battery a few weeks ago…remote start wouldn’t work. After changing battery it started fine. What’s the impact of a new battery?

When ever the battery is low or changed, the PCM will often default to certain values until it has time to learn the values it needs for normal operation.
It assumes the throttle body is clean and every is perfect.
However it generally only takes a few minutes to a couple of drive cycles to learn.
Low batteries can and do strange things to computer controlled vehicles.

You can take and reset the PCM if you haven't and see what that does.
Disconnect the negative battery cable,
wait for 5 minutes,
With the negative cable disconnected - IF you have a key, turn the key to start.
If no key, just leave the cable off for 10-20 minutes.
Reconnect the negative cable and start the truck.
See if it helped anything or hurt anything.

Similar issue I had with my son's 05 Ram. IAT sensors was dirty, throttle body was dirty, and the IAC (Idle Air Control) valve was dirty along with the air filter. Truck would almost die out when stopped sometimes. Would hunt for the idle when initially started.

CRC makes a throttle body cleaner and also a senor cleaner. You can start there first as the CRC cleaners are not too badly priced. Doesn't look like your truck has the IAC valve.
