My tuner guy, JG (Just Generic, :Big Laugh:), has my active runners on my intake manifold disabled, seems like a waste. But I thought I'd check and find out if this is a common performance configuration before I attempt to reactivate the runners.
I did upgrade the cam with a comp cam 222/228 @ .050 and .59x/.60x of Iift (with a 3000 stall) But I still think the active runners are going to be beneficial.
Where do you guys run yours and think I should run mine? tia

Watch engine masters where they dyno test what the runners do.
There is a SIGNIFICANT amount of top end power lost if you don't switch to the short runners.
Also a low rpm loss if you are just using short runners and not switching to the long runner.
