I have ran the aero , magnaflow , flowmaster . IMO 3 chamber flowmaster had the least drone. The stainless magnaflow with internal x pipe (dual in/dual out )is pretty good, however the one I got had glass packing & its blown out . Not to much drone , but it’s a lil loud. The Aero T is by far a race muffler . I lost my mind when I had it. (Probably not a great loss .lol) they may have changed . But aero has a resonator that goes behind the muffler .(so you have 2 parts to buy.) Which was not available when I got mine. I think the aero may be louder on the 5.7 than a Demon. & the worst drone. I’ve never used Gibson , however I think they have a bolt on cat back system.

Gibson Super Truck system is the way to go!
Just thought I'd throw in another great choice.

Boy, I wrestled with this forever and tried many different mufflers. I have found through this journey that I hate drone. The only way I truly got rid of it was going with a Corsa full exhaust. Happy now and my sanity thanks me. Best of luck finding the right muffler for you.

When I stop getting sidetracked with other projects for the Ram, ( leather dash swap out) I’ll be going the Carven route :waytogo:

Black widow venom 250. Offers moderate sound upon start up, slightly quieter than a flowmaster 40, zero drone, and it had a damn good sound when you got on the throttle. I'm running their 10" Widow makers, it's got more drone than I'd care for, but it's a small case muffler, and I wanted something that had more rumble at start up and idle. The venom 250 was just a tad too quiet at idle for me when I had it on my tundra, but when I say it had zero drone, it literally had none. Was like running the factory muffler when cruising.
