Since the Ambient Air temperature code U110E popped up, I've changed the sensor but the code won't go away. Plus all other codes dealing with what ever function the mirrors have to include the drivers side door module B16E7 -15, B2861-15, The symptoms are, some times the driver and passenger side windows won't work......the back always works but intermittently the front driver and passenger won't work for about 20 30 mons or so they they work again.........some times when I turn the truck off and open the door, the radio stays on. It's supposed to go off when the drivers door is opened........ so gonna change the CB1 relay and see if that fixes it. Next will be the door module, any suggestions???

I have been dealing with a "weird" issue on my 2013 since April. Drivers door switch will not work any of the functions. Tried a new switch, and that worked until I drove the truck a few miles, then stopped working again. I was going to try a new door module, but learned it still would need programming at a deal. The last thing I wanted to do was to take it to a deal, but I had no choice. We have been back & forth to the dealer since May trying to figure out the problem. As of two weeks ago, they now believe it to be the BCM. Hopefully that is the fix, the bad news is, there are NO BCM's available until Oct 14 I was told. I have been working with the dealer and Chrysler customer service. From all the research I have been doing on trying to get to the bottom of the issue, it sounds like the BCM can really do some weird things. If you do a search here under "BCM", you will find a lot of reading. I wish you luck, since I have battling my issue since April of this year, and my frustration level is past the full mark...

OP, because it doesn't take too long to do, and cost's nothing ...I would pull the rubber boot back between the door and the cab ...and inspect the wires. Just in case there is a short or some wires were frayed. There's a plastic ring you unsnap, then you can pull it back. Do the same on both sides.

For years I had a problem with my Jetta door switches. I knew there was probably a broken wire or two there. When I was working on another door issue, I dediced to pull back the rubber jamb boot and take a look. Every single one of the 23 wires had broken jacket's ...and 3 were frayed in half. I suppose at some points, the frayed wires would touch the bare spots on other wires. I had to remove the entire harness from the door to repair/tape them up. Actually once I got into it, the job wasn't that difficult.

Yours probably aren't frayed, but you can rule that out for sure in about 30 minutes or less. Best to do that before being on the hook for a new BCM or other moduels ...if there are frayed wires.

Mine started around July with the Ambient Air temperature sensor going out. I replaced it and all this stuff started happening. I will definately research the BCM on here, thank you very much for your input.

Very good synopsis. because im certain that if a wire is frayed and the bare wires touch at some point, it knocks out what ever circuit it is for how ever long and then resets itself till its touched again! I can definitely see that happening and im sure gonna give that a try. Even though I havent touched a single wire in that area, nor probably the previous owner, Im sure that could be the issue. Sometimes when the radio is out or the windows dont work, I open and shut the door and about 5mins later its working again!! Preciate the feedback!
