Hey everyone,

I finally found a shop to help me out on this since I had to do mad research to even figure it out being there aren't many people who have done this and posted about it, along with at least a dozen performance truck shops that would not even touch my tuck in fear they may not do it right.. SO I was able to swap the factory air ride on my 16 Ram Rebel to RC rear struts and springs along with front Glide struts and springs and swapped out my control arms with new forged aluminum ones. The ride feels 100% better than stock and it did lift the truck a good 2 inches from the original front level links I had. Keep in mind I also have 35" tires so it does look a bit higher than anyone with stock tires on theirs. Total cost was about $5,500 with parts and labor but well worth the peace of mind and looks.

Did your shop turn off your air suspension so you have no errors on the dash?
I’m curious I look for other rams shops everyday trying to create a network as I know not everyone can ship their truck to me

Yes, they did an air suspension bypass that lets everything work perfect with no codes. So the truck still thinks it has an air suspension.

Well, isnt there some type of tune or bypass that can be used to basically trick the computer into thinking all the air suspension components are still working just fine?

Yea that is what I was saying there are no codes showing since they did a bypass. The truck assumes the air ride is still intact. I have not messed with the raising up and down buttons because I am not sure what it would do but I assume nothing but tell you it changed since it believes it did what it was supposed to.

Remove the build codes from the bcm is what I do I’ve never bypassed or tricked anything

That sounds like a good way to me. May be the only way, i have no clue…ive never dealt with full air suspension.
