Someone please help!
2020 PW with 12 inch Uconnect. Where the heck is the Apple Car Play connection?!?!?!?!

Try plugging in via USB and see if it shows up.
You should be able to plug your phone into any of the first 3 USB ports in the hub and CarPlay will automatically start.
Many have had issues with the cable. A lot of 3rd party ones are hit and miss and I had Anker for awhile then it stopped working too. Now I only use OEM Apple M-Fi cables and have no issues.
