Not ram specific, but age related. Driver's door saggs a bit and clunks into the latch when closing. It holder spring thing gets stuck a bit (like a very hard detent) when open all the way so I'm wondering if there's more issue than just the pin/bushing. Any experience out there? Will a new pin fix it or do I need more of the hinge? Tips on not destroying the door when I attempt removal?

For the trouble you go through to replace pins on a 2nd gen, you're better off getting new hinges. Mine needs new hinges on the driver side, but I am holding out as long as I can stand it. At least my truck is ugly on the outside and has kind of a "farm truck" vibe so the popping and squeaking fits right in lol
