Picked up a new motorcycle trailer. 250 mile drive to pick up and return. Truck did well. Now to set it up the way I want it. 7x16. Wanted enough room for multiple bikes.
And for those that do ride, my wife is not a long distance rider. And this year, my rebuilt back does not like my 2 new hips. That makes it difficult to do long haul rides for me. I used to do the 1000 mile rides to do more riding and then ride back home.

Looks good :waytogo:

Can’t tell of you have the Tow mirrors or not. Definitely worth the investment. It’s unreal how many people sneak up onto the normal ‘blind spots’.

Lets see some interior pics too

Didn’t like the black hood stripes and too many other hydro blue warlocks locally so I changed things up. Still have the roof and tailgate to do and change up the bedside decals

Keep us updated on the progress. Nice job :waytogo:

Looks like the "sport" mirrors. In my opinion aren't worth being on any crew cab truck. I rarely flip my tow mirrors up, the added convex mirror is perfect for me. But I also don't tow anything larger than a 20' landscaping trailer at the moment.

Trailer looks good, gotta post pictures once you get the interior set up to your liking. I've been halfass looking for a sub 30' toy hauler. I love to take longer rides also. But it's nice to have more storage space and my own bed on weekend trials events. Plus the girlfriend would probably not hate having her own restroom.

Didn't get a chance to take a picture but I had to take my passenger headlight out and fix it. The unknown brand LEDs in my low beams are big enough to hit the cover panel. So when I tried to adjust the height of them I ended up pulling the ball out of the socket, resulting in the projector resting in the lowest position. Got the ball popped back into the socket and corrected the aim. Going to order a pair of Farhens to match my high beams since they're a lower profile fan housing.

I am sitting in line, waiting for gas at the Wawa.

Have to fill the Ram and about 10 cans for the gennys. Still waiting for power after Hurricane Ian.

No tow mirrors yet, the stock mirrors did a good job.
Interior is totally blank. Will be painting floor and walls this week. Also install a plug outlet so I can have power to put bikes on battery tenders. This winter will be bike storage and planning the setup. Spring will be setting it up.

Changed the oil in the EcoD today. Went pretty smooth considering it was my first time with this vehicle. Love engines with the filters on top. :)

First oil change myself. Been a cash flow issue and ran the oil using the EVIC "15k oil life" meter. NEVER AGAIN. No towing this time. And ewwwwwwww

Hit a landscape rock while exiting a parking lot into an alley. Managed to rip off my passenger side step and dented the rear corner of the cab. the dent isn't too bad and I just need some larger and better hardware to reinstall the side step. Luckily the mounts didn't rip out of the cab.
