Been considering moving up to a 35" tire, but prices are all over the place. I've never been a tire-snob, even when I had BMWs. Usually I just go with the cheapest I can get. I have a 2WD so I don't need an aggressive off-road tread. Just looking for a nice street tread. Was wondering where you get your tires...local or online?

if you have Discount tire close to you they will price match anyone even sale prices. you will have to take in account shipping cost though so find somewhere with free shipping.
if you looking for a tire that is less aggressive but in a 35in size range will be hard. i would start searching the big manufactures and see what they have toyo AT2 are pretty mild and ride
well. another company to look at is Milestar tires I've heard a lot of good things from them and offer what your looking for. it will come down to your preference and your budget in all, and i myself like to buy local that way if you have issues you don't have to go far. Discount tires road hazard warranty is incredible.

I've used Amazon for my last 3 sets of tires over the years, and they beat Tire Rack & Discount Tire each time with free next day delivery. YMMV.

Discount tire - they include rotation and tire repair in the price - nationwide.

Local Discount tire. They do free tire rotation and balance. And as mentioned above, will price match.

They are very competitively priced and ship free directly to a shop that you pick. They schedule the appointment and offer a steeply discounted installation rate ($66 for 4 tires mounted and balanced).

There are no Discount Tire shops in the NE so I can't compare.

I got mine from dealer. They run a special twice a year, buy 3, get one free. Usually March/April and October/November. I think it is an Stellantis promotion so all of their dealerships do it.

I usually use Tire Rack, but after the latest debacle with horrible Pirelli All-Terrain Plus, I'll stay with local shops.

I'm a fan of those tires. But I'm curious as to how much you paid for them. I've seen those games in the past. Tire store jacks up the price per tire to cover the 4th free one LOL. Not saying your dealership did that, just that it happens.

Be careful with on line purchases. It's great to save a few dollars, but when you factor in the cost of mounting and balancing, the difference isn't so much.

The real issue comes if there is a problem with the tires. You can contact the seller for a warranty replacement if there is a problem, not sure how much luck you will have. Even if they replace them, you pay for mounting an balancing all over again. The shop that mounts them isn't going to want to get involved, since you didn't but the tire from them.

That's definitely true. I only buy specific tires online that I can't find locally. I just had snow tires mounted and balanced for my Audi. I was quoted at $240 from a chain tire store. I jokingly asked if that was the "special" Audi price. He laughed and said it's the same price for every brand. It wasn't that long ago that I could have had all four done for $60. I told him no thanks and found a smaller shop that did them for half that price, but it's still expensive.

$836.09 with taxes, mounted, balanced, out the door. U know they add in the balance and all that, but cheaper than the $1100 Discount wanted. I do have dealer do oil changes, but hand them a filter and have full synthetic put in, so I get free rotations on tires since bought at dealership, and I change/rotate every 5K miles.

$224 per tire, disposal fee required, 99 labor, tax...
