It’s pouring rain here currently. I want to make it up to central Florida and hit ocala at some point. I’ve only been to croom and Corbett but corbetts not much for off-road. Truck looks nice.

No major updates. I did however I did do a muffler swap. Put in a Magnaflow 12259. Nice rumble on start. I have two Magnaflow 12589's on my 67 Monaco. Love the sound. That's what prompted me to go this direction. I'm still adjusting and not sure if I'm keeping it yet or not. We'll see.

4th oil change today since purchase in March '21. The MAG1 oil on the first change was ok, nothing real special. The Amalie 5W20 Synth Blend did really well. This was oil change #2 for that brand and K&N filter. Oil looked good, went long on it. Longer than I wanted to @8K miles. Was still a nice Oaky color coming out of the pan so I'm happy with that.

This time I went Royal Purple 5W20 and VP48 filter. Couldn't beat $37/5qt and besides I love RP, used it in my '03 after 190K miles there was still crosshatch in the cylinders. Anywho, see how this Ram likes it. Was going to go with a Mahle filter, but it wouldn't be here for another two weeks so I punted. It's still coming and I may swap it in a month or so. I really like how they're built so it'll probably be the brand for this truck going forward.

AEV lift made filter changes a breeze. Messy AF though. I have to work on that.

So at 80K miles, we'll see how RP does. Fingers crossed.

Well here I go again. This time no error counter. Started it back up and it was gone. Been really wet and humid here the past 3-4 days. Wonder if it's related.

I'm beginning to think this error, at least on my truck, is voltage related. As noted last time the voltage on my gmrs radio stated 13.59V. Once it was above 13.6V the error went away. This morning I had the error @13.59V again. Drove the kid to school, restarted and the error went away I was now @13.61V... Weak battery perhaps..

Have more later when we have power and decent internet service. It's been a lot so far but everyone is healthy and bored so we're VERY thankful.

I'm 4 miles north and east where Ian came ashore in Pirate Harbor Punta Gorda FL. We did not get the worst of it from what I hear.

I’m sure having a well set up Ram is priceless with the aftermath.

Were all behind you in support :waytogo:
